L..I..V..I..N..G.....I..N.....T..W..I..N.....P..E..A..K..S

Okay, so I'm in Seattle now. Words can't express how happy I am to be living in what I consider to be the most beautiful city on Earth. Needless to say, it doesn't hurt (AT ALL) that I'm basically within a 35 minute drive to any Twin Peaks filming location. Some just minutes away! I'm writing this blog to serve as a resource for the most current information about the Twin Peaks locations in Washington State.

NEW LOCATIONS POSTED! CALHOUN MEMORIAL INTERIORS, FAT TROUT TRAILER PARK, THERESA'S BODY SPOT, LAURA'S BODY FLOATS, AUDREY'S SHOE SPOT (yes, I'm a geek), THE NECKLACE BURIAL SPOT and last but not least, CREDIT'S RIVER!

IMPROMPTU TRIP TO TWIN PEAKS 01/23/10
Drove over to Snoqualmie/North Bend today for a hike up to Rattlesnake Ridge. Got lost and couldn't find the damn trailhead.
Went to Twin Peaks instead...It was raining anyway!

01/22/10 MORE LOCATIONS NEXT WEEK
Next week comes the dawn of an explosive Twin Peaks location hunting combo: Me and Brad D. of Brad D. Studios and T.P. location finding fame! Though there's not much left to find, we're gonna do our best to track down what's left! Also, expect 2010 photo updates of some of your most beloved locations like the Sign Spot, the Sheriff's Department, Ronette's Bridge, the Bookhouse, Roadhouse and more. I'll bring you all the updates right here on this page, so check in frequently starting next Friday and don't forget to check out all the amazing stuff on Brad D.'s site HERE.

RANDOM TWIN PEAKSY IPHONE SHOTS 01/19/10

CALHOUN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, EXTERIOR 01/15/10
Holy shit! I finally fucking found it!!!! I've been searching for this location for over 10 years! Today, the mystery is solved. It's the Highline Medical Center in Tukwila, WA. Who would've thought it'd be all the way down there, for crying out loud?! Random. Anyway, here it is folks, in all its amazing Twin Peaksy glory! More info HERE

ROADHOUSE INTERIOR 01/11/10
Finally got to photograph the place they used as the interior of the Roadhouse in the pilot! Amazing. More on this HERE and HERE.

SALISH LODGE FURNITURE SALE 01/07/10
How's this for an ironic (and amazing!) coincidence... I happened to be looking on craigslist.com the other day for some furniture for our new Seattle apartment and I came across a listing for the the sale of the pre-renovation furniture from the Salish Lodge! Yet another reason why it's AWESOME to be living out here! Photos of some items I picked up at the sale, below.

HORNE'S DEPARTMENT STORE 01/04/10
The renovation is nearly complete. Two stories have been added to the building, the green awnings removed, and the wooden door replaced. Other than that, the place looks pretty much the same. More on this HERE.

DOUBLE R DINER 01/01/10
When the town of North Bend, WA has gone to bed, the RR parking lot is clear and the neon lights blaze through the dark empty night, it's easy to imagine that Shelly just finished her shift and got a ride home with Heidi. Norma's inside cleaning up and closing down after a long day.

BACK ROADS 01/01/10
Alright, here's another incredible thing that I get to do now that I'm living here: I can drive down the dark country roads of Twin Peaks at night! There's nothing quite like the feeling (or more Twin Peaksy!) you get when you see your high-beams moving along the back roads and through the Douglas fir trees. Give me a doughnut!

SNOQUALMIE 12/31/09
On New Years Eve this year I was lucky enough to have stayed at the newly renovated & lovely Salish Lodge (Great Northern exterior). Below, photos I took around the hotel.
