Back in the pre-Gold Box days, these discussions over at dugpa.com and twinpeaksgazette.com inspired me to design and post alternative packaging for the Definitive Gold Box Edition. In creating these covers, I tried to keep the ideas and execution very simple and true to some of the major themes and iconic imagery from Twin Peaks. I hope you enjoy them.

Some of these are really quite amazing, and several are better than the official Gold Box, IMHO.

The traffic light one is really quite haunting. Awesome job!

You have some excellent designs there.
...Of course, you are aided by an abundance of extremely evocative images.
I wonder how much impact those designs would have on people who do not have the immediate association with the images.
IAE, thanks for all the work on the site!

These covers are incredible. I plan to use them ad rotate them in my customized Gold Box Set. I wish Charles would do some now for Fire Walk With Me. Love the new additions to the site!

The hanging traffic light was always one of my favourite images from the town, and works brilliantly as a cover... I almost wish they'd chosen it for the Gold Box... I also loved the cover with the dark road leading into the Fir trees... very evocative, and somehow symbolic of the journey Cooper makes as he enters the town, and into the unknown....

Some great images there that capture the mood of the Twin Peaks world.
I think anyone stumbling across these covers would want to know more about the series behind them.

Well done sir. I have printed the one far left, third from bottom and use it for the fire walk with me DVD as the origial cover has had no effort put into it at all!
