This house is located in a small neighborhood very near many of the other filming locations for the pilot. As evidenced in my photos of the house, the owners seem pretty dead-set on their privacy. It's unclear (especially because very few people know where this house is) why they erected this giant fence all around their home. One can assume, however, that it's because they wanted no part of the attention Twin Peaks fans may have showered on their dwelling. Who knows? At any rate, it's a bummer because you can't see the goddarned thing! It's safe to bet that the kitchen scene in the Briggs house was shot inside this residence, as they mostly filmed inside the actual home they used as the exterior --with the exception of the Palmer house.
The scene in FWWM of Laura begging Bobby for more coke in the Briggs' garage was allegedly fimed at this house.
